Glorious Hugs, LLC (“Glorious Hugs” or “we”) values your privacy.
How We Collect and Use Information
Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name and contact information if you choose to provide it to us. For example, you may submit your PII to us if you choose to purchase care packages through this Site or you may choose to submit questions or comments by completing and submitting a Contact Us form and providing your name, e-mail and phone number. Glorious Hugs maintains and uses the PII you provide in order to fulfill your orders and requests and respond to inquiries and comments, to analyze and improve our products and services and to conduct marketing.
As a business practice, Glorious Hugs will not use or share PII about your intended gift recipients of care packages for any purpose other than fulfilling and shipping orders to such recipients and we require our vendors to restrict their use of such gift recipient PII to the intended purposes. In addition, we will not retain such PII about gift recipients for longer than needed to fulfill orders and to comply with our legal and compliance obligations and record-keeping practices.
Glorious Hugs will not sell or rent any PII collected on this Site to third parties for their direct marketing or other purposes.
You may choose to block or disable cookies from your device using your browser settings or options. However, this may impact your user experience and parts of the Site may not work for you. You cannot remove or block web beacons as they form part of the content of the web pages, however because they work in conjunction with cookies, turning off cookies will prevent web beacons from tracking your user activity on our site. The beacon can still account for an anonymous visit, but your unique information will not be recorded.
All non-personal information collected through this Site may be used and shared by us without any restriction.
Do Not Track Disclosure. This Site does not monitor for or behave differently if your computer transmits a “do not track” or similar beacon or message.
Your Choices: Updating your Information
If you do not want us to collect PII from you, you should not submit such information to us. If you opt-in to receive updates and information from us by completing a form or submitting a request, we may send you e-mails about a variety of topics, products, promotional offers and company information. In such cases, the contact information you provide to us may be shared externally to enable third party agents to send e-mails to you on our behalf, or may be shared in anonymous, aggregated form for generalized user analysis.
At any time, you may choose to unsubscribe from such mailing lists. To do so, please either follow the links or instructions on the bottom of such communication or e-mail or send us a message at email@example.com with your full name and e-mail and a request to unsubscribe.
At any time, you may request changes to the PII that you have previously provided to us by contacting us by phone or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Glorious Hugs has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss and misuse. Despite these precautions, Glorious Hugs, however, cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information.

Personally-identifiable information collected on the Site may be transferred from time to time to Glorious Hugs offices or personnel, or to third parties, located throughout the world, and the Site may be viewed and hosted by Glorious Hugs or its vendors anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have the same data protection laws as those in your country of residence. By using the Site and registering such information on it, you voluntarily consent to such transborder transfer and hosting of such information.
