If you are under the age of 18, you may only purchase products on our Site with permission from your parent or guardian.
Shipping and handling costs are included in the price but all applicable sales taxes are not. All orders received by 11am Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Otherwise orders will ship the following business day. All orders are sent Priority Shipping via US Postal Service.
Unique pieces; Limited Quantities; Final Sale.
Our care packages include carefully curated, hand-made artisanal goods commissioned from artists. As hand-made goods, each piece will have unique variations and will not be identical to the pieces shown on our Site.
Because our products include hand-made artisanal goods, each care package is available in limited quantities and for limited periods of time. While our goal is to fulfill every order placed with us, we cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
All sales are final with no exchanges or returns.
If any item in your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Any refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products will only be given in the sole discretion of Glorious Hugs for products that are determined to be defective upon delivery and that are returned in new and unused condition.
